Show us your dogs!

Are you a dog person?  Yeah, me too.  Show us your furry friends!

This is Flexie, our Jack Russell.

Cool!  Do you have a pond for them?  My wife has mentioned ducks but we have no pond.

Hey, you stole one of my cats purring dogs!
TBH I'm inclined to think that purring dogs are the best sort. The non-purring ones are ok too, just slightly inferior.

That certainly reflects the opinion of the purring ones.  Plus they vow death to their owners as well.  ;D

We had a Great Dane, Emma.  Unfortunately she developed lymphoma.  We had to put her down a couple weeks ago.  RIP Emma.  Here was her last ride.

I know what that drive is like, always a sad day when you have to say goodbye to a loyal friend.   The worst part is the older we get the harder it seems to be, must be getting soft or just more fully realize how much those 4 legged friends give back.

There's much truth to that.  Through her illness we spent extra time with hikes, rides, and camping trips.  So glad we did.  Those times have passed but will carry on in our hearts.
