Guest message

Would be great if we can have some method to show a message to guests. I could give any info like benefits of getting registered or some highlights of hot happenings on forum. What do you think ?

If you are using simple portal you con do it easily with a custom html or bbcode block.

I mean something like a standout pop up. I am sure you might have seen similar ones asking you to register when you visit some forums.
