Quick mod semi-broken in search (at least)

enable quick moderation
 do a search
* look at the pair of quick moderation selects
=> the one with the actions is completely on the right, while the one with the destinations and the "go" button is on the left next to te pages.

I fixed this in a pending PR, but there is a chance I broke it elsewhere ...

I had added a class for the new select box to be right floated when in the additional row and that broke what you described.  Thing is I did not find where I added that class for so I could update that :D  So this one is fixed, but another may popup, but is now an easy fix  O:-)
