Title: You have an active admin session in place...

hello from Greece.

i have the message:
 "Warning
You have an active admin session in place. We recommend to end this session once you have finished your administrative tasks."

I read some older posts but the problem remain for me, any idea ?

It is just a warning to remind you to terminate the admin session after you finished. Nothing to worry about.

but meybe its better to remove the message?! or to change from Warning to Notice ? ::)

Not recommended, but you can disable it in Administration Center >  Security and Moderation > General > Disable administration security

Disable admin security means you don't have to insert the password at all to enter the admin section. Generally not a wonderful idea.
The box is a warning on purpose, how would you word it to convey the same message in a more easy to catch way?

yes, and once disabled the admin security the message is not displayed anymore.
Agree with you, but since is just a test forum in localhost I don't see any danger
