"Like other users' posts" option is in two categories

As the topic suggests, "Like other users' posts" is under General & Default Board Permissions..

Hmmm.. may I know what's the difference between these two options?  :(

You can set permissions by board so you can enable or disable likes in some boards, or you can disable likes globally

But in the general permissions area, they don't specify by which board..

It is ... and it was removed from general permissions to avoid confusion so this should be closed I think
