Is there any possibility to get this SMF mod (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1669) in Elkarte?

It is certainly possible,

The main work needs to come from the ImgBB developers as the script that makes it work is from them.  The mod simply adds the script developed by ImgBB to your index template.

I've contacted the imgBB folks to see if they would consider adding ElkArte support.
