I just migrated to another hosting.
The site is loading fine. Except that my avatar is not showing.
As well as I cannot choose avatar from gallery
Are the images on the server? Is their folder accessible?

I just fixed my own issue.
Its not just the settings.php I have to alter.
but I also need to correct the paths in the avatar and attachments in the forum settings
