[RC2] personal message rules need Javascript

I'm working on my manual right now and want to describe how to work with rules to organize your personal messages. If I start to create a new rule I can't write a description, because it says:

"It seems you don't have Javascript enabled to do this." (see screenshot)

I'm really sure Javascript is enabled. Shouldn't it be at a standard Chrome browser? How can I check this, or is it a problem with ElkArte?
