[RC2] quote in a new thread

If you quote in a new thread, there are two problems:

1. In the old thread there's a button in the upper right corner of the quotet post. It seems it uses the description of the "post" button (so in my forum it's called "Antworten")? But if you click it, you can't answer in the thread you are reading - you can answer in the new thread. Better rename it?

2. If the topic title is very long there's not enough space for it, see screenshot please.

It uses the term "follow-ups", so if in German is the same, probably it's related to the translation. ;)

Will check on the length of the string... it should be cut by css I think.
