ILA image rendering as Thumbnail

Can we have full size / medium size for image inserted inline ? Currently it is rendered as thumbnail

Not a bug but a feature (actually an enhancement).

ETA: the attachment link... heck, that one is tricky, I was thinking it should have the "image" parameter, but I have the feeling it would mess up with non-image files, something to check.
