[WIP] [ADDON] HFRPL - Hide From Recent Post List

There will be another port of a mod from SMF which will be renamed as HFRPL - Hide From Recent Post List. Admin may choose to hide some topics, boards or categories from his forum recent post list. I am hoping that I can make it fully hook. It is already a work in progress and I hope to finish this soon.
