Post by: omBre on January 04, 2018, 06:24:39 am

while running out from storify bridge (https://www.elkarte.net/community/index.php?topic=4618.msg35051#msg35051), only thing that left from intuitive platforms is scoop.it

https://www.scoop.it/pricing/for-individuals

so is there chance any time soon this platform to be connected to ElkArte

I'll tell you only that: I was asked about scoop.it in 2014. And to this moment it has never popped in the "first page" of my priorities. xD
Actually, I still have to understand what it does.

And, not to be picky or annoying, but yet another time: please when you ask something new open your topic and do not spoil other topics on completely different subjects.
If you want to open a forum, you should start following other forums rules/requests, at least for respect of the wishes of other admins.

Hm, I just peeked at the website and I don't quite understand either. It looks like it might be some kind of blend between Tumblr (which I don't fully understand in the first place) and the likes of Digg. Or maybe it's about analytics? No clue really. :P

I am after bridge to good blog platform, except storify I dont have other experience ... maybe this info would help as comparison ...

https://www.quora.com/Which-is-a-better-content-curation-tool-Scoop-it-Storify-or-Curata

its matter of having central blog platform that will suite all the forum members, and its pity Storify went commercial, but as I can see Scoop.it is his closest alternative ...
