Title: Button "More" in topic view doesn't work on Chrome for Android

Button More in topic view doesn't work on Chrome for Android, works fine on FF.

/me drops support for Chrome on Android. :P

Are you using it with the "hover" or with the "click"?

I tested it here, with click and hover - results are the same.

/edit:

but now when I have checked Use click to open menus, instead of hover to open. it doesn't work on desktop Chrome too... :|

The click-to-open is broken... darn.
It's fault of the fix for the third bug reported here (http://www.elkarte.net/community/index.php?topic=1834.0).

Quick fix: https://github.com/emanuele45/Dialogo/commit/cd08d8ae9e903e1eeec90e52f0387ce3817a2b8f
for 1.1 it may be necessary a better alternative.
