Well, could have been routine server maintenance, done by the datacenter...
Happened again a few minutes ago, though.
That last one was a restart.. Probably issues with the leap second.
ElkArte.net is hosted on a virtual server, maybe the host is / was affected.
Virtual server? Through whom, may I ask?

The vServer is hosted by strato.de in Germany, costs about 7€/month.
