undefined index

When visiting
my bootstrap start page (http://forum-alternative-antriebe.de/) some members with Chrome are getting this error on top of the page:

Undefined index: is_mod in /www/htdocs/.../hp_elkarte/sources/Load.php on line 797
I know from SMF the error message "undefined index" could be because of not translated language strings. Can this be the same problem now?
I am not getting this message. :-\
