I was going to write a test for it but it's broken so what the point. Ima still gonna write tests for both the internal settings search and the member search.
In fact it's more like a placeholder because no equivalent to wikimedia API was present.
Recently github added support for search in the wiki (see https://github.com/blog/2219-search-wiki-pages ), it may be worth checking if the
search API (https://developer.github.com/v3/search/) can use the argument.
