You can always find the latest here

To make your own install, just copy the files out of the install directory to the base directory and run the install script.

I think those who need a GUI to control their servers shouldn't be allowed to maintain a server, even if it's just for a bulletin board system. :-/

Yes. I am not eligible to work in HostGator. Also add those who do not know how to code their own script should not run forums as well.
