Just a guess: Latest Post under Forum stats is not the same as in Recent Posts..

it's a cache issue: one of the two (the list of recent posts) is cached (because it's a slow query having to span (and scan) over all messages), while the other is not (because IIRC it come from the BI scan).
I thought I added a cache invalidation at some point, but either I dreamt of it, or it's not working as expected.

Well, in the screenshot there is only the time ofo the "last post", and I'm not sure in which timezone you are, so... I have no idea. :P
