[1.0.1] move thread

I found another one!  ;D

I marked a thread and tried to move it. But the list of boards to move it to is empty. Tried it with my theme and with ElkArte default theme, same problem.

Yes, it should be fixed in 1.0.2, I found it while doing some tests. ;D

I found it funny how it said that it moved a topic about moving topics...hehe LOL
