I think there is some kind of problem with the WYSIWYG: it is almost always enabled and the tooltip is wrong (i.e. enable when already enabled and disable when already disabled).
Maybe it's only me, but better report, I cannot test it properly now.
I've tried several browsers and have not seen this issue, so it might be a browser or setting issue. When you get some more time to narrow down when this happens that would be 8)
Probably something broken in my profile settings, I changed the options twice (bringing them back to the original) and it works...
