When no messages are present in a board, the "no messages" text doesn't look very good... maybe some margins?

Has that overlooked appearance    Seems like some padding or use the infobox around it would be enough, one would hope that message is not seen to often.

Originally I think I just made it a standard li like the ordinary topics. Same styling, same class. That's the best way to handle it anyway.
