Changing Board Icons

It would appeal more if we change board icons to font awesome. Personally, I would suggest

folder, folder-open and external-link

Okay, but then let's use font awesome for all the icons spread all over ElkArte.  :)

Then we can have missing glyph code boxes everywhere for all the people that don't let websites take over font settings.
