No avatar in mobile view

I used to see avatar in user profile indicator button on home page. But now only " user icon " is available. Thought of reporting.

IMHO both the profile and the toggle button are useless in mobile mode (at least in portrait mode). I'd hide the toggle button and maybe the profile button, too.

Well, the profile cannot be considered useless (I can't see why people that use mainly mobile devices should not be able to change their profile settings), the "upshrink" I almost pointless in any view.

I wouldn't say that the "upshrink" is pointless per se, but I would question whether it doesn't more properly belong in the look & layout section. Is it really any different than settings like Hide the poster information area and Don't show users' avs/sigs?
