Title: Elkarte 2.0 - full image inline inserted as thumbnail

In this post (https://www.elkarte.net/community/index.php?topic=6062.msg44277#msg44277) I inserted a full image inline, but it is displayed as a thumbnail. If I try to edit the post I see the image inserted as full image.
