Does anyone have instructions for Home Button in all views

With the upgrade to 1.1 I lost a home button.

The Ultimate Menu doesn't work for mobile.

In looking through the old posts on this topic the instructions are too vague for my skill level or have changed since they were posted.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
