Improve scheuled tasks page

At the moment you can just run the tasks... boring.
It would be nice to have the option to change some things, at least the frequency and the time of the day.

That makes me feel very dumb. xD
I never clicked on the title (actually I think I never realized the title was clickable at all)... dammit.

Well, let's change then to: make the edit more evident.
Rule number one: if it is possible to edit something, waste some space and make an "edit" button.

ETA: and now that I look closer, I understand why Spuds or TE added the icon next to the title... I have always wondered. xD

ROFL ... that one was me "use a fa pencil in front of the schedule task name to indicated its editable."  Fat lot of good that did :D :D 

TBH ... way back I made the same complaint observation only to be told click on the name to edit it :P ...
