Title: Preparing the battlefield

While I was in good mood, I started working on the very first step for 2.0: kill any kind of backward compatibility. YAY! :D

Almost 2000 lines of code dropped! YAY! :D
/me likes remove code! It makes the code cleaner!

Now I found this topic (http://www.elkarte.net/community/index.php?topic=2084.msg28874#msg28874) where it was quickly decided that 5.5 should be the minimum version of php, so I removed also anything I was able to find that was there to keep the code compatible with 5.2, 5.3, 5.4. YAY! :D

/me now goes back working on releasing 1.1 O:-)

Focus only on using php 5.5, 5.6, 7.0 & 7.1 in 1.1 to 2.0. That should be good.

to be honest i'm pretty used to the ugly one. :P but it won't hurt to have one, some will need it and if possible it's customizable like wordpress permalink.

a sitemap generator is good too. now i'm using rss feed in google search console.

but this thread is not for feature request. :D
