Quoting now as it goes is more difficult to follow, I think it would be more practical if it has few changes
1. except box shadow could have color backqround, dont know if the white here is just default one
2. as field it should have one tab-space inside to differ from the answer/s when one reads long quoted posts
3. in the title instead having in bold too long name like "quote from member and date", it would be more easy for eyes to follow, if there is just the member name in bold, and maybe with time mark if its quoted post eg. after one month ... like this as time tweak also simple way for one to see which talks are continous and whch post jumped inbetween

It would be even more usefull if admins have palette to choose, eg. text-highlight colour could be same with the quote field ...

this could be done with additional button like in webwiz i.e. [blockquote[[/blockquote] tags, maybe by default with blockquote rule, but on quoting quoted post, by alignin streight all that is quoted together, similar to this example of the link above
Maybe some quote adon can have "positioning, color and styling editor" for quote menus, in this way multiquotes can also get super options for quote bubbles arangement, maybe in diagram charts like conected nodes ... to be less astral, its enough if there is blockquoute tag
