I had to create a Github account to fork Tools thinking that it will solve the problem of non availability of the script. Even that went wrong. Can someone give direct link to the sprite generator ?

Column on the right, "Download ZIP" button, you pick the whole bunch of stuff, unzip and the script is in the "spritecreator" directory. ;)
