Title: ElkArte 1.0 Release Candidate 2 - known issues

Part of the release notes is the changes since last release (http://www.elkarte.net/community/index.php?topic=1120.0) (in our case beta 2), and the second part are the known issues.
The "next" milestone is still 1.0 final (https://github.com/elkarte/Elkarte/issues?milestone=5&page=1&state=open), and is empty.
If you find any bug that you think should absolutely be fixed for 1.0 final feel free to comment here or directly there (and if you want to try, patches are welcome! ;)).
