How can we tell what themes are compatible with 1.1.x?

Start from the assumpion that themes for 1.0 do not work.
If compatibility is declared then it works.

Thanks you. May I suggest that we separate them? I will make it a lot easier to find the 1.1 themes, instead of having to go through the whole list to find the ones that work.
