New Post Mail Notifications Errors

Before 2 weeks, we could receive emails about new posts from forum mail address but now we can only receive new subscriber notification as admin. We double checked this situation via some dummy accounts. The mail server is running and serving. What do you suggest about it ?

hmm...
In the last two weeks nothing changed?
New addons, an update, php, mysql?
Could you try switching from smtp to php or vice versa?
And maybe try an external smtp?
Just to give it a try. :)

Oh, and do you have the mail queue enabled or not?
