Return to topic by default

No one wants to go away without reviewing their thread. It should be an opt out that opt in. Is it possible to globally enable return to topic after posting ? I feel it quite annoying at times when I am thrown out of thread after posting.

@emanuele did this as default from 1.0.1 https://github.com/elkarte/Elkarte/commit/38070e41eda08354b27e86469614846ee14522dc

For current installs you would need to change this behavior manually.
