How to move top ""Recent Post ""  section

This topic (http://www.elkarte.net/community/index.php?topic=2631.0) has a list of operations to edit the template, but today despite having several other things to do, I'm in a coding mood, so attached an addon that should do the trick without theme edits.
Actually it's a bit of a trick because of the way the template uses id for styling, but I don't aim to perfection. :P

overlaps a problem "Recent Topics" and "Recent at Top" addons :(  

uninstall  "Recent Topics"  

normally works  "Recent at Top"

You asked for recent posts, you didn't say anything about recent topics. :P ;)
Otherwise I could have simply modified that addon. lol
Well, not a big problem, though at the moment I really have to go bed, so... I'm not sure tomorrow I'll be able to, probably in the weekend.
