Is there any footer in the email text that informs when pbe is enabled and a member can just reply to answer?

I don't think so, those shells are in the maillist template file, and from a quick look I did not add in any text that specificaly said you can reply to this email or visit ....  guess those should be updated to be more clear, or clear at all  O:-)
