I try to use my own photos but it doesnt show

Hello, im using Photoshop to create my own badges and i upload it to my server but when i go to the group icons it doesnt show or its a box with out the photo, same when i try to upload a signature i made from photoshop

Would you mind zipping one of those images (zip it even if it is just one) and attach it here?

Why?

If you are on windows you should be able to right click "add to zip".

I suppose you are using a computer, right? (Genuine question, I don't know if you are using a table or something similar.)
It's an Apple device by any chance?
