Board description in tooltip (at least for redirects)?

I'm going through some of the tens of thousands unread emails I have around, and among them there are some old from the SMF bugtracker (the mantis instance), and I feel some (like this one) may be of interest for Elk as well, so I'll dump them here around.

In short: to see the description of a redirect set as a child (e.g. the transifex redirect under Localization") you have to enter the parent board (the Localization board in my example).
Have it as a tooltip may be better.
