Well of course anything can get compromised  ... its always a game.

That said, its going to be me more secure than the built in browser "saved password" functions.  Its a standalone password vault, the browser extensions need to be authorized (two step process) to even access the vault.  The biggest weakness is the master password, if you compromise that then you have access to all the passwords.   So make sure your master password is very strong, and if you are paranoid you can even use a screen based keyboard so a key logger would have problems catching what you are entering.
