Transifex or ... April 12, 2015, 08:51:34 pm As the German localization seems to progress rather OK without me having to play with it, I'm just wondering: What would a Transifex alternative need for ElkArte to switch over?I've been developing one since a while ago (I remember having announced it somewhere yet) and my company could need some customers. (No, we won't charge Open Source projects.)edit: Added myself to Transifex finally. Just in case.

Re: Transifex or ... Reply #3 – April 24, 2015, 12:42:53 pm I didn't forgot, just had a few busy days.hmm... good question. At the moment, apart from the very basic features that allow to translate, I'd say a way to fetch the files so that we can build the packages with a cron job like we do now for those at http://translations.elkarte.net/I'm not sure what other functions we use at the moment.
Re: Transifex or ... Reply #4 – April 24, 2015, 02:25:08 pm I didn't use other similar services, but I did a small contribute to translate the italian package and I have to say that Transifex is a nice tool to work with and also the feature to fetch files is a good one
Re: Transifex or ... Reply #5 – April 24, 2015, 03:16:21 pm The TranslationPad could provide an API for that if you want it to ... (There already is an XMLRPC API to fetch all current translations, it could just need some refinement.)
Re: Transifex or ... Reply #7 – April 28, 2015, 04:07:55 am Depends. http://translationpad.com is the current version, but we're working hard on a complete relaunch. Same functions, better UI.
