Editor icons

Borderline between a bug and feature request.

Two things:
1) I think the image, link and email icons of the editor should stay more on the left, now they seem a bit lost to me,
2) I thought I fixed that already, link and email should not ask the text if the url/email addresses are empty (i.e. on cancel).

for 1, do you want to force a new line or just move them earlier in the button stack?

I was going to say "move it at the beginning", but looking how the icons are organized it wouldn't be that bad to have two row: one for formatting and one for "inserting":
row 1 the same as now from bold to color,
 row 2 img | url | email | list | olist | hrule | table | code | quote | spoiler | footnote

Does make sense?

That looks good to me ... We grouped them in to common blocks a long time ago.

Rearranging the blocks on row two (which will be on the the site soon) as you indicated makes sense
