[HELP] Paid Subscriptions

Hello, I've used SMF in the past and since this is based on SMF I figured it would be easy for me to use, only thing I am wondering about is why the "Paid Subscriptions" won't turn on. I'm not understanding if you need an addon for it or not. Please help.

Can you please elaborate a bit further that "won't turn on" so we can have an idea of what is going on? Thanks!
