Moving to new domain...

Okay, I set the site up, and importer worked like a charm.
However, it's on my dev domain right now, and I need to move it to the real domain for the site.
I take it, there's no repair_settings.php file for me to use, so how do I move the forum?

actually there is repair_settigs.php for Elkarte http://tools.elkarte.net/
