[1.0.10] Some topics never manage to be marked as read
October 28, 2017, 11:39:47 pm
Random topics on our forum will fail to be marked as read in my user account, regardless of if I open them or not. The only way to mark them as read is to click the "Mark these messages as read" button on the topic listing page, until the next time someone posts in one of these topics. Is this a known bug in the 1.0.x line?

Not sure what commonality exists. There are two topics that do this anytime there is a new post by any member. I can post links if ya like.

hmm... I tried: 1) user 1 clicks "unwatch" on a topic, 2) user 2 posts a new message in the topic, 3) user 1 visits that topic, For me is marked as read. Can you describe exactly how to reproduce the issue, please?

Theme has no effect. Caching (apcu on php7) disabled and cleared does not matter. Membergroup isn't the problem. Ideas to try?

Notifications yes, events no, pinned no. Addons; Attachment image resize Bookmarks Giggle Member map Simple Ads For examples, do you want pix or links? This happens on both of my larger boards. Both use the same setup and addons. Haven't tested on the smaller ones.
