Set to 0 now.

I feel I had something else to do in the admin panel, but I can't remember... oh well.

No. :D Zero in PHP settings means no limit. ;)

Or, actually, make it so that 0-posts membergroup and anyway people with low posts cannot send more than 4 per hour, and unlimited for others.
We've had, over at SimplePortal, a spammer that registered and PM'ed a crap ton of users before I was able to login and call Eliana to ban him.
