[RC1] link to calendar: permissions

Every user sees the button "link to calendar" in a thread, regardless of the permission to edit the first post (maybe this is from another user) to make the link to the calendar. Better not show this button, if the user has not the right to change the first posting in the thread. Clicking on the button leads to the message with missing permissions to change post number one.
