Tried once, so the bug report is buggy itself.

Edit a ban
click save
* goes to a new ban page instead of the edited one.

I expired it.

yep, noticed this too..
this line in ManageBans.controller.php is IIRC the reason:

saveTriggers(array_shift($_POST['ban_suggestions']), $ban_group, 0, $ban_id);
