Do you have instructions on how to update the language files SMF2.0? I could have finished Russian

Great to hear! :D

There are a couple of possibilities:
1) you register at https://www.transifex.com/ and go to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/elkarte/language/ru_RU/ and upload the files, this will automatically update the strings (I don't think we have to authorize you, but I may be wrong),
2) you attach the package here and someone will take care of uploading it.

Personally I'd prefer the old SMF 2.0 files go to archived languages project:
https://www.transifex.com/organization/elkarte/dashboard/elkarte_archived_languages
Otherwise you'd have the word "SMF" or "SimpleMachines" instead of "ElkArte" in some translations..
