Title: Feature and Enhancements
Post by: TestMonkey on January 18, 2013, 10:36:41 am
The place for feature requests and enhancements is
Github Issues Tracker (https://github.com/elkarte/Elkarte/issues).

Please use in priority if possible, to this board, or simply both. Things we discuss here freely should go to the tracker, otherwise they get engulfed in time.

Please do help to track the issues presented here, take your proposal and track it in the tracker (with a link to the discussion) or track other people's proposals.

Remember also that this is a test forum. :) Things still can get broken.

You can find the rough roadmap of "wanted, targeted, for 1.0" at: https://github.com/elkarte/Elkarte/issues/2

As much as Elkarte has been worked on the past couple of months, we still have quite a bit from them to achieve.
Your help is welcome and appreciated!

I am still learning to use the Github to contribute etc but I am not sure where to start correctly. I already created my github account. Anyone has any idea where I can learn this?  I am a slow learner and need more details in learning

I'll put up more documentation, ahrasis. Actually I believe there are on sm.org my introductory topics (in semi-private boards, unfortunately, at the time, still). If someone is kind to bring them over, they will be useful.

The workflow we use is:

In addition, I'd recommend Github help pages, you can find a few things you need to know:

It may be handy an "Exterminated features" board in a while... O:-)

It would be helpful to post multiple polls in a single topic.
