What it thinks is right, and has for you to click:
Recommended value: "/public_html/bke.cc.nf/themes/default/languages".
Should that be: "/public_html/bke.cc.nf/themes/default/languages/english" ?
Nope. LANGUAGEDIR should point to /languages/, not to the english dir.
It's a while I don't check repair_settings...
