Minimum ((Postgre|MySQL)SQL|MariaDB) versions.

And here it is a little more complex indeed. xD

Current situation:
MySQL 5.0.52
PostgreSQL 9.1
* MariaDB n.a. (uses MySQL lower limit)

Do we need to push up these limits?
Honestly I'm not sure about changes in this area and I'm probably not the best to judge... Ideas?

Actally MySQL ist: 5.7.20  ;)
Many are stubborn in relation to the path, a few in relation to the target.

Build on Symfony/Laravel and find out what their minimum version is. If you want to go higher, do it.
